If you pride yourself on your attention to detail, organisation and effective communication skills ? this is a fantastic entry point into a successful social media agency. Working on a major client account and with an innovative industry tool, you?ll manage and coordinate the delivery of both client and customer social media communications.

Key responsibilities include;
- Mastering in-house processes and industry social media management tool
- Listening to and understanding clients? social media briefs and requests
- Briefing relevant internal teams and managing delivery of client projects i.e. creation of social content and creatives, setting up of paid social campaigns etc.
- Checking, uploading and scheduling social content via management tool
- Managing and responding to customer requests
- Assisting with preparing and interpreting analytical client reports
- Keeping clients informed throughout the campaign process
- Assisting in strategic brainstorming, collaborating with other teams
