• Pay on time. Students cannot afford to give you credit and it would not be fair to make them wait for their money once the task is satisfactorily completed.
• Do not exploit students. They will already be charging less than a qualified professional but their fee should reflect their skill level.
• Pay for materials up front if asked, or provide what is required to complete the task.
• Make sure it is absolutely clear from the start how much you are paying, when it will be paid, and what your expectations are for that sum of money.
