I am passionate about the history of humanitarian laws and the contemporary developments in human rights globally. I have traveled extensively for conferences and wish to learn more about the role of NGOs and cultural organisations such as museums and archives in influencing social identities. Having worked in a law firm and a human rights commission in the recent years, I have gained a valuable amount of professional, corporate skills for working in an office and research based environment. I am used to handling very fragile documents and I'm an efficient user of multimedia sources for my research. If there is any need to learn new job skills, I'm very quick at learning as I have always focused on working in a research-based environment, where my archiving and document handling, organisation and other skills can always come in handy.
